The online store Velocipéd Idomító Műhely Ltd., with company identification number 01-09-379877, located at https://www.vimbikecoffee.hu, where the registered office is at 1117 Budapest, Alíz utca 6/b, B. building, 5/1, manages personal data provided by the Customer in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions to perform the General Terms and Conditions, as well as for processing electronic orders and shipments, and to communicate as required for the duration stipulated by law.

General Provisions

  1. The personal data controller according to GDPR (hereinafter: Policy) is Webnode AG, company identification number CH-170.3.036.124-0, with its registered office at Limmatquai 112, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter: Data Controller).

Source of Personal Data

  1. The Data Controller processes personal data obtained with the Customer's consent and collected in connection with the performance of the purchase contract and electronic orders made in the online store.
  2. The Data Controller only processes the Customer's identification and contact details necessary for the performance of the purchase contract.
  3. The Data Controller manages the personal data for the purpose of delivery and invoicing, as well as for the necessary communication between the contracting parties, for the duration prescribed by law. Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing The Data Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Registration on the website https://www.vimbikecoffee.hu in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR;
  2. To fulfill the electronic order placed by the Customer (name, address, email, phone number);
  3. To comply with the laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Data Controller;
  4. The personal data are necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. Without personal data, no contract can be concluded.

Duration of Personal Data Storage

  1. The Data Controller stores the personal data for the necessary period for the fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the Customer as well as for 3 years following the establishment of the contractual relationship.
  2. The Data Controller is obliged to delete all personal data after the expiration of the prescribed storage period.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data The Customer's personal data will be processed by third parties who are subcontractors of the Data Controller. These subcontractors' services are essential for the successful performance of the purchase contract between the Data Controller and the Customer and for processing electronic orders. The subcontractors of the Data Controller include:

  • Webnode AG (online store system);
  • Shipping Company;
  • Google Analytics (website analysis);

Customer Rights According to the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:

  1. Access personal data;
  2. Rectification of personal data;
  3. Deletion of personal data;
  4. Object to the processing of personal data;
  5. Data portability;
  6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or by email sent to: vimbike@icloud.com;
  7. Submit a complaint to the supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Security of Personal Data

  1. The Data Controller states that it will take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data;
  2. The Data Controller has taken technical precautions to ensure the security of data storage locations, especially with regard to password-protected access to computers, the use of antivirus software, and regular maintenance of computers.

Final Provisions

  1. By placing an electronic order on the website https://www.vimbikecoffee.hu, the Customer confirms that they are informed of all conditions for the protection of personal data and fully accept them;
  2. The Customer accepts these rules by marking the checkbox found on the purchase form;
  3. The Controller may update these rules at any time. The new, updated version will be published on its website.
